expected to be above average in grades and in effort and
behavior grades from their previous school.
To get started we need the following:
Take these forms or mail them to the school office with
your $500 Registration Fee..
There are additional forms to fill out in the school office
when your child is accepted.

- Completed Registration Form
- Birth Certificate
- Current Report Card
- Teacher Recommendations
- Report of Health Exam for School Entry
