Procedures on Delinquent Tuition:  Families are expected to meet their financial
obligations.  If a family becomes delinquent, the following procedure will occur:

  1. Any family more than one month delinquent will receive a reminder within five days of
    becoming delinquent.
  2. Any family more than two months delinquent will be sent a letter indicating that they are
delinquent and that they should schedule a meeting with the school principal within one
week in order to discuss plans for becoming current.
  3. Any family who is three months delinquent and has not made prior arrangements with
the principal will be asked to remove their children from the school.  A letter will be sent
to them at the beginning of the third month.  The school will not issue progress
reports or quarterly report cards if a family has not met their financial obligations.

Written Approval for Purchases:  No parent, student, or any other person shall obligate the
school for purchase of any goods or services without prior written approval by the principal.
The school will not reimburse any expenditure made without such prior written approval.

Fundraising:  Since tuition does not completely cover the cost of running the school, all
parents are required to participate by paying a Fundraising Fee of $400.
